On 11 and 12 July 2026, we attended the Double CACIB Hallbergmoos 2026 with Greta from Gawy and Magnus from the Celtic Mountain. Behind us lies a varied show weekend with different evaluations on the two days and some particularly rewarding results on Sunday.
Greta earned important championship certificates and titles on both days. On Sunday, Magnus achieved an excellent result and thereby fulfilled the requirements for the German Champion title.
Greta from Gawy’s Results
Our Greta from Gawy competed in the Champion Class on both days. On Saturday, 11 July 2026, judge Rolf Blessing awarded her Excellent 1. She received the FCI-CACIB, CAC Neutral, a German Champion VDH certificate, Best of Opposite Sex and the title Bayern-Sieger.
On Sunday, 12 July 2026, Greta confirmed her strong performance under judge Stefan Wächter. Once again, she received Excellent 1, the FCI-CACIB, CAC Neutral and a German Champion VDH certificate. By being awarded Best of Breed, she also secured the title Alpensieger.
Magnus from the Celtic Mountain’s Results
Our Magnus from the Celtic Mountain competed in the Open Class on both days. On Saturday, 11 July 2026, judge Rolf Blessing awarded him Very Good 1.
On Sunday, 12 July 2026, Magnus delivered a strong performance under judge Stefan Wächter. He received Excellent 1, the FCI-CACIB, CAC Neutral and a German Champion VDH certificate. He was also awarded Best of Opposite Sex and received the title Alpensieger. We were especially delighted that this result meant Magnus had now fulfilled the requirements for the German Champion title.

Two Titles for Greta – an Important Step for Magnus
After the weekend, Greta could proudly add both the Bayern-Sieger and Alpensieger titles to her achievements. On Sunday, Magnus received the Alpensieger title and, with his championship certificate, also fulfilled the requirements for the German Champion title. We were especially pleased with these results.
A Successful Weekend All Round
In warm summer weather, we enjoyed two varied days at the show in Hallbergmoos. Alongside the results, what mattered most to us was spending time together with our dogs, having many pleasant conversations and meeting friends again. Despite the different evaluations on Saturday, the weekend remained a very positive experience for us overall.

Looking Ahead to the Next Show
After the successful weekend in Hallbergmoos, our attention was already turning to the Double CACIB in Ludwigshafen in August. Until then, we were simply enjoying Greta’s two titles and Magnus’ important step towards becoming a German Champion.
We would like to thank judges Rolf Blessing and Stefan Wächter, as well as all the friends and acquaintances who spent the weekend with us and shared our happiness over the achievements of our dogs.
