A female who has shaped both our family and our breeding
Holly was born here with us on 1 November 2017 and has been an indispensable part of our family ever since. This fawn female combines a calm presence with a powerful appearance and the typical character of the English Mastiff. Holly is also the half-sister of Ingo .
Holly also holds a very special place within our breeding programme. As the mother of Magnus and Miss Marple from the Celtic Mountain, she has had a lasting influence on our line.

Our Breeding History
A defining part of our own breeding line
Holly has a special significance for From the Celtic Mountain. As a female from our own line, she connects our breeding history with the generation of Mastiffs living with us today.
As the mother of Magnus and Miss Marple, she has passed on qualities that can still be seen in the appearance, temperament and development of her offspring.
For us, Holly therefore represents far more than a single litter. She is an important part of our breeding history and of the continued development of our own line.
The Next Generation
Her story continues in the next generation
With Magnus and Miss Marple, two dogs of our current generation descend directly from Holly. Both have their own personalities and their own paths, while at the same time carrying forward part of the line Holly helped shape.

Holly’s son Magnus from the Celtic Mountain is a brindle male from our own breeding programme and today holds the title German Champion (VDH).

Loyal companion and confident pack leader
Holly is the confident leader of our pack. With her calm and attentive nature, she always keeps an eye on both her people and the other dogs.
She watches over her pack without ever being intrusive or aggressive. Her natural confidence and balanced temperament allow her to remain composed even when things become unsettled around her.
Holly is exceptionally loyal and devoted to her family. She seeks the company of her people, is dependable and, to us, truly has a heart of gold.
And as soon as a rabbit ear treat appears, the calm pack leader immediately performs every trick she knows without even being asked – with impressive enthusiasm and determination.
A Mastiff Remains Family
Holly in Her Well-Earned Retirement
Holly is now enjoying her well-earned retirement. Her role within our family and our pack, however, has not changed.
She remains an inseparable part of From the Celtic Mountain and, with her confident, loyal and caring nature, continues to be a very special part of our everyday life.
For us, a dog remains first and foremost one thing even after her active years in breeding have come to an end: a member of the family.
