Hosting and Server Log Files
Our website and associated email accounts are hosted by the following service provider:
ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich
Owner: René Münnich
Hauptstraße 68
02742 Friedersdorf
Germany
When you access our website, your browser automatically transmits technical information to the web server. In particular, the following data may be processed:
- IP address of the accessing device,
- date and time of access,
- page or file accessed,
- referrer URL,
- browser type and browser version,
- operating system used,
- amount of data transferred,
- access status or HTTP status code.
This processing is necessary to deliver the website, ensure its stability and security, identify technical errors and prevent abusive access. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and reliable operation of our website.
ALL-INKL.COM processes this data on our behalf as part of the hosting service. According to the provider, the processing takes place in Germany. Server log files are deleted once they are no longer required for the purposes stated above. Longer storage may be necessary in individual cases where a specific security incident or unlawful access must be investigated or where a statutory obligation applies.

WordPress, Technically Necessary Functions and Cookies
This website is operated using WordPress. To provide the website securely and reliably, we use only technically necessary functions and extensions for presentation, caching, forms and security.
During a normal visit to our website, we do not use analytics, marketing or tracking cookies. No cross-site tracking takes place.
Technically necessary cookies or comparable storage technologies may be used where they are required for a function expressly requested by you, for example to save a privacy preference or to protect the website against misuse.
In such cases, access to information on your device is based on Section 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG. Where personal data is processed in this context, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in providing a secure, user-friendly and functional website.
External content requiring consent is loaded only after you have actively given your consent. Further details about Google Maps can be found in Section 9. Information about the technically necessary protection of the contact form using Cloudflare Turnstile can be found in Section 6.
Contact Form
You can contact us using the contact form on our contact page. We process the information you enter, in particular:
- name,
- email address,
- selected subject of your enquiry,
- content of your message,
- date and time of submission.
For the technical provision of the form, we use the Fluent Forms WordPress plugin installed on our website. Processing takes place on our web server. In addition to the information you enter, data such as your IP address, browser and device information, referrer URL and the date and time of submission may also be processed.
The information submitted through the form is sent to our email inbox. The entries may additionally be stored within the WordPress system on our web server. The same deletion criteria that apply to the further communication relating to your enquiry also apply to form entries stored there.
To protect against simple automated submissions, the form also uses a locally integrated verification field (honeypot) that is invisible to normal visitors. This does not establish a connection to any additional third-party provider.
We additionally use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the contact form against automated submissions and misuse. Further details can be found in Section 6.
The data is processed for the purpose of handling and responding to your message. If your enquiry concerns a puppy, a planned litter, a potential placement or an existing contractual relationship, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. General enquiries are processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in orderly and personal communication.
Providing your data is voluntary. However, without the information marked as mandatory, we cannot process your enquiry through the form. Your information will not be used for advertising or newsletters.
We delete the data once your enquiry has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention obligations, contractual reasons or legitimate interests require further storage. If a contract is concluded, the data required for this purpose will be stored in accordance with the applicable statutory retention periods.
Cloudflare Turnstile
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our contact form against spam, automated submissions and other forms of misuse. The provider is:
Cloudflare, Inc.
101 Townsend Street
San Francisco, CA 94107
USA
When you access our contact page, the Turnstile script
is loaded from challenges.cloudflare.com.
Turnstile performs technical checks in the browser to
distinguish human submissions from automated access.
According to Cloudflare, this may involve processing the IP address, TLS fingerprint, User-Agent header, the Sitekey used and the associated referring page or domain. Additional technical signals from the browser and device may also be evaluated.
Once the verification has been completed, a security token is generated. This token is transmitted to our web server when the form is submitted and verified through the Cloudflare interface.
The processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in protecting our contact form against spam, automated attacks and misuse and in ensuring its secure and reliable operation.
Where Turnstile accesses technically necessary information on your device or stores information there for the purpose of this security check, this is based on Section 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG.
The processing serves exclusively to provide the contact function requested by you securely. We do not use Turnstile for advertising, analytics or profiling purposes.
According to Cloudflare, it processes the signals required to provide the service as a processor. Where Cloudflare processes these signals to improve its own bot detection systems, Cloudflare states that it acts under its own data protection responsibility and bases such processing on legitimate interests.
Processing may also take place in the United States. For transfers from the European Economic Area, Cloudflare refers in particular to its certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and to the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
We use the verification result generated by Turnstile only to determine whether the relevant form submission may be automated or abusive. We do not carry out any further evaluation for advertising or analytics purposes.
Further information:
Contact by Email, Telephone or Post
If you contact us by email, telephone or post, we process the data you provide in order to handle your enquiry. This may include, in particular, your name, contact details, the time and content of the communication and any voluntary information about your living circumstances and how you intend to keep a dog.
For pre-contractual or contractual matters, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in responding to your message.
The data will be deleted once the purpose of the communication has been fulfilled, unless statutory retention obligations, contractual requirements or legitimate reasons require further storage.
Please note that ordinary email communication is not fully end-to-end encrypted. Therefore, please do not send us particularly sensitive data unless this is necessary for your enquiry.
Contact via WhatsApp
Our website offers you the voluntary option of contacting us via WhatsApp. The provider for users in the European Economic Area is:
WhatsApp Ireland Limited
Merrion Road
Dublin 4
D04 X2K5
Ireland
When you click the WhatsApp link, you leave our website and establish a connection to WhatsApp. In this process, your IP address, browser and device information and information about the page from which you accessed WhatsApp may in particular be processed.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, we process in particular your mobile telephone number, the name you use on WhatsApp, any profile picture visible to us, the content of your messages, any media or documents you send and the date and time of the communication.
The processing takes place for the purpose of handling your enquiry. For pre-contractual or contractual matters, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Our legitimate interest lies in providing the straightforward method of communication expressly chosen by you.
The use of WhatsApp is voluntary. You can contact us at any time by email, telephone, contact form or post instead.
WhatsApp processes certain data under its own responsibility. Data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States.
Information about the transfer mechanisms and safeguards used by WhatsApp can be found in the provider’s Privacy Policy:
We delete WhatsApp communications held by us once they are no longer required for processing the enquiry and no statutory retention obligations, contractual reasons or legitimate interests require further storage.
Google Maps
We offer a Google Maps view on our contact page. The provider for users in the European Economic Area is:
Google Ireland Limited
Gordon House
Barrow Street
Dublin 4
Ireland
To protect your data, the map is not loaded automatically. A connection to Google is established only after you actively consent to loading the map.
In this process, your IP address, browser and device information, date and time of access, the previously visited page, unique identifiers and – depending on your device and account settings – location and usage data may in particular be transmitted to Google.
If you are signed in to a Google account, Google may be able to associate your use of the map with your account. Google may also use cookies or comparable technologies.
The legal basis for loading the map and the associated access to your device is your consent pursuant to Section 25 (1) TDDDG. The legal basis for the subsequent processing of personal data is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Your consent is voluntary and applies only to the respective page view. We do not store it permanently.
If you reload the page or visit it again later, the map will once again remain blocked until you click “Load Google Maps” again. You can use all other content on our website without giving consent; our address is also displayed without the map.
You may withdraw your consent with effect for the future by leaving or reloading the page. The lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected.
Google may also process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. In this context, Google refers, among other safeguards, to the adequacy decision relating to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and to Standard Contractual Clauses.
